Corporate training is the field which is concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational setting. A trainee or a trainee team teach the staff to work professionally. Corporate training and development encompasses three main activities: training, education, and development corporate trainers always emphasizing on email operation. Normally trainers improve skills and enhance performance by focusing on e-mail operating, letter drafting, General Communication, importance of corporate culture and how to adopt the culture.

E-mail operation: Winning email is well-mannered email. Always email should be well written; from the beginning to end email should be meaning full and effective with graphical representation. It effect on the personality of company.

Letter Drafting: Knowing how to write a letter is a fundamental skill you’ll use in business. A letter should be combined with flowing specialties.

F – face or respect for the reader;
A – accuracy in spelling, punctuation and grammar;
C– courtesy, coherence, correctness and conciseness in the language of the email;
E – e-manners in the subject, salutation, complimentary close, signature block of the email.

General Communication: Some are born with manners, some have manners thrust upon them, but all must have manners. The corporate trainers work on their staff for general communication, personality development, and develop them corporate standard.

Corporate culture is the personality of a company and it can’t be faked. If employees are fit in the culture, then the company gets a strong name and more people want to work there. When people emigrate any company they have to adopt the culture. It depend on the employee how he adopt the corporate culture and how much time it will takes.
